How will you gain access to my home?We first call you to gain access. We will use the key supplied by the owner to enter your home to complete the task at hand. All keys are tagged with your unique assigned customer ID NUMBER. All keys are kept in a secure lock box at my unit.

Will you be walking other dogs with mine?At this time we will not, unless the pets are from the same household.

Do you offer special services other than dog walking?While your dog is in the care of a dog walker, there is a chance your dog could get groomed, taken to the veterinarian for a check-up, or brought to a special play group. Ask your dog walker if he or she offers additional services for your dog. Don’t forget to ask about the cost of these added value services.

Will my dog still be walked when raining?Unless otherwise indicated your dog will be walked for the length of time chosen.

How do I contact you?Since I live here at the Glenbrooke community I am usually available either studying or taking care of other clients. I prefer texts, but always feel free to contact me at my phone number. Please leave a brief message if the call goes to voicemail. I will respond promptly.

Where would you walk my pet?Your pet will be walked within the community .

How do I verify if my pet has been fed or walked?For ease of mind, I record on my phone all walks, feedings and other services which are date and time stamped. The images are then texted to you to ensure integrity.

What are your rates?Dog Walking $20.00 Per 1/2 hr up to three dogs. Dog Walking $30.00 Per 1 hr up to three dogs. Plant Care $14.00 Per Visit Cat Care $15.00 Per Visit Home Services $20.00 Per Hour Three Hour Minimum Fish Care $15.00 Per Visit Over Night Care $55.00 per night for up to 3 dogs $20 per 30 minutes walk. Special pricing for multiple dogs in same household. Additional fees may apply for larger breeds. $55.00 for overnight stays either in your home or mine. Have the comfort and security of knowing your furbaby is in the comfort of his own surroundings or that they are getting the on one care in my home and not surrounded by numerous dogs and locked in a kennel. Bird feeding,water and cage cleaning $20.00 Dog baths available, prices vary depending on dog size and breed. PAYMENT REQUIRED BEFORE SERVICES All pets must be updated with their annual vaccinations Additional fees will apply during Holidays 48 hour notice of cancellation required. a 40% fee will be assessed for late cancellations ***Pricing may vary according to circumstances***
